Eva Montes, PA-C
Eva is a proud native Texan who grew up in Houston and has dedicated her career to compassionate, patient-centered care. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over two decades of experience in Family and Internal Medicine with specialty training in Endocrinology. She is especially passionate about treating thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, metabolic syndrome, and diabetes.

Andrea “Andie” De Luna, PA-C
Andie began her journey in medicine as a Combat Medic and nurse in the US Army. After over a decade, she returned to school and became a board-certified Physician Assistant. She continues to serve in the Army Reserve, now as a Physician Assistant. Her interest include longevity medicine, Alzheimer’s and dementia, wound care, trauma medicine, and chronic disease management.

Andie believes it is important to listen well, treat with skill, and respect each person’s journey. Her extensive experience with geriatrics had led her to strive to provide practical, effective care that helps all her patients heal, stay safe, and feel supported.

​Elliot Trester, MD
For the last handful of years Dr. Trester’s wife, Barbara Wilson, has said that he should retire from practice. Maybe she is right, but he doesn’t think so. Many of you know him from his days of delivering babies and his office on Montopolis. While he no longer attends births, he does continue to have a broad range of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
For the last 20 years, he worked with Connie Ryan at Central Family Practice until its recent closing. He is excited to be joining several of his Central Family Practice colleagues at Central Texas Holistic Health and looks forward to working with new ones as well.

Abby Brown, CNM, NAMS
Abby, a Certified Nurse Midwife, Abby brings over 17 years of experience in women’s health, with a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. During her career, her practice allowed her to care for patients in a large public health midwifery practice on the Lower East Side of Manhattan to London, where she served as a lecturer in midwifery and nursing at Middlesex University to co-founding a small private practice in New York City and now office-based gynecologic care.
